****All engines are outfitted with a torque during the boring and honing process****
After the engine is assembled, the engine is tested in-house on our engine SimTest.
During this time preheated oil though the engine and cycle the engine from 100 rpm to 400 rpm. This process allows the checking of oil flow, ensures the oil pump is building oil pressure throughout the engine and assists in seating the piston rings to the cylinder walls. While the engine is cycling, compression tests are taken and overall performance is recorded. Once all the testing is completed the engine is then prepped for installation or shipping to the client.****
The quality doesn’t stop there.
Professional preparation of all materials ensures the highest quality and finest end results, longevity and safety.
I utilize only a TIG (GTAW) welding process, when creating roll cages, intercoolers, piping and intake manifolds. In addition to the TIG (GTAW) welding process, back purging and or a trailing shield, is implemented for all exhaust systems and exhaust manifolds.
No matter what the task may be, selecting only the highest quality materials, is of utmost importance. Client safety and satisfaction is priority number one.
